Luau Italiano Comes to Giardino, August 24–30

Giardino is closing out summer with a week-long menu that puts a Hawaiian spin on our Italian classics. Luau Italiano runs August 24 through 30, and it's the last chance to catch these dishes before the end of summer.

The Menu

Hawaiian Pizza Mozzarella, provolone, roasted pineapple, and capicola on our Neapolitan crust. A tropical twist on a familiar favorite.

Eggplant Aloha Salad Eggplant, grilled zucchini, and stracciatella join tomatoes and arugula, finished with ten-year aged balsamic vinaigrette, extra virgin olive oil, and parmesan.

Whitefish Tropicale Pan-fried whitefish over potatoes and sautéed spinach, with a lemon cream sauce and a pineapple mango giardiniera on the side.

The Cocktails

Mango Mare Crème de coco, mango puree, tequila, lime, and simple syrup, topped with a Montenegro float and a pineapple garnish.

Tiki Trouble Bumbu rum and Disaronno, shaken with lime and orgeat.

Tiki Tease Basil Hayden bourbon and Amaro Nino, rounded out with banana liqueur, pineapple, lemon, and a splash of crème de cacao.

Tipsy Tropic Bumbu rum and Villon cognac with lemon, orange juice, and orgeat, finished with a sherry float.

Italian Sunset Bumbu rum and Disaronno with tiki bitters, Angostura bitters, lime juice, pineapple juice, and peach puree.
