What's New on the Menu This June at Giardino Trattoria & Pizzeria
Summer has a way of changing what we want to eat and drink, and our June menu is built around exactly that. From light, fresh starters to a show-stopping seafood entrée, this month's specials are worth a reservation at Giardino Trattoria & Pizzeria.
Watermelon Salad
This one came back by popular demand, and for good reason. Fresh watermelon, arugula, shaved fennel, feta, and mint come together in an Italian vinaigrette, finished with a balsamic glaze and Pecorino Romano. It's bright, refreshing, and the kind of salad that makes you want to sit outside.
Prosciutto Melone
A Giardino twist on a summer Italian tradition. Fior di Latte Mozzarella, Prosciutto di Parma, arugula, balsamic vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil. Simple ingredients, serious flavor.
Mediterranean Branzino
Our featured entrée this June is roasted branzino served over mashed potatoes with roasted broccolini and carrots, finished with a lemon cream sauce and red pickled onions. Clean, elegant, and deeply satisfying at $32.
Featured Italian Wines
Two bottles are on spotlight this month, both available by the glass at $15 or by the bottle at $45:
Ronco di Sassi — Primitivo-Malbec blend from Puglia IGT, 2024. Bold and approachable.
Poggio del Concone — Toscana, Tuscany 2021. Polished and food-friendly.
Both pair beautifully with the branzino or a wood-fired pizza.
Garden Reverie Cocktail
If you're looking for a summer sipper, this is it. Gin, cucumber, mint, elderflower, lime, elderflower tonic, and a splash of prosecco. The Garden Reverie is $14 and pouring now.
June specials are available while they last.
